Wash Park is a blend of vintage and new homes and the appeal of this neighborhood is the close proximity of Washington Park and all it offers.   You will find bungalows, two-stories and many homes that have been scraped to be replaced with large beautiful homes.    You will find homes built from 1885 to 2014 ranging in square footage from 700 to over 12,000 square feet.
