You will find this neighborhood in Southeast Aurora north of Quincy, south of Mansfield and east of Himalaya in 80013.   These homes have 3-5 bedrooms, 3-4 bathrooms and 2-3 car garages with 2,078 square feet to 3,575 total square feet.    You will find garden, walk-out and in-ground basements, some have been finished.    The lot sizes don't vary much, usually around 6200-7000 square feet, but a few are a bit larger.

All school-age children will attend Cherry Creek Schools - Dakota Valley Elementary, Sky Vista Middle School and Cherokee Trail High School.

This neighborhood is close to Aurora Reservoir for lots of outdoor and water activities with 8 miles of trails.   The Southlands Shopping Center is also within 5-8 minutes.    Another great place to spend summers is Cherry Creek State Park - which is only 5-8 miles west.
