Sorrel Ranch

You will find the community of Sorrel Ranch off Aurora Parkway and Alexander, just north of Southlands shopping center.    There are single family homes and condos (this area is called Redbuck at Sorrel Ranch).   There are two-story homes and ranch single family built from 2004 to 2013.  Richmond Homes and Lokal are building brand new homes.  The homes range in square footage from 1,665 to 3,431, some with finished basements and 2-3 car garages.

This neighborhood has 411 homes currently, and will be increasing with Richmond & LoKal now building.  (2020)

School-age children will attend Cherry Creek Schools - Buffalo Trail elementary, Fox Ridge middle school and Cherokee Trail high school.

This neighborhood is minutes from Aurora Reservoir - where you can kayak, canoe, has a swim beach, and paddleboard.   There are no motorized boats, but fishing is good.   There are miles of trails to hike, bike or walk the pup too.

There is a community pool, and a great park for the kiddos to enjoy.
