Homes started popping up in this new development just south of Heritage Eagle Bend off Gartrell in Southeast Aurora 80016.    You will find new homes built by Toll Brothers, David Weekley, Meritage and CalAtlantic, with an area dedicated to active adults 55+.    This community is in Aurora, but Douglas County with 1800 homes planned when completed.    This master planned community is located on 1,000 acres and will attract millennials to retired empty nesters.
