The Town of Frederick was incorporated in 1907 by three young women who named the town after their father - Frederick A. Clark. Frederick was a mining town mostly comprised of Italian immigrants who worked in the mines. The town still celebrates the original miners with Miners Day Celebration. The Town of Frederick is located off I-25 and Highway 52 and is located in two zip codes - 80504 and 80530.
This vibrant and growing community still has a small town feel. You can see the newsletter the town publishes to see what all is going on in the town. Some other interesting facts on Frederick -
