Denver Country Club

The Denver Country Club is a historic neighborhood that was developed in the early 1900s and was designated as a Landmark District in 1990.   Some homes are in gated area.

There is a voluntary Neighborhood Association were 300 of the 375 homeowners are members.   

You will find two-stories, three-stories and a few ranch homes built of mostly brick.   You will find homes will 1,400 square feet above ground to 7,852 square feet.   Homes were built from 1906 to 2006.

The Denver Country Club is a private golf club that opened in 1901 and has a 72.6 USGA rating.    Residents living in the Denver Country Club love living so close to Cherry Creek for the unique shopping experience and boutiques available, along with the shopping mall.
