Curtis Park is located just North of Coors Field and within minutes of walking/biking to LoDo, LoHi and downtown Denver. This up and coming neighborhood has character, as the median age of the homes are 1910. You can find many scrapes or bank owned properties that will become McMansions. This is a changing and diverse neighborhood.
Homes in this neighborhood are usually not on the market for long, if priced correctly. The draw to this neighborhood is the easy access, especially if you work downtown and has easy access to I-25. The prices in this neighborhood are still "all over the board", as lender owned properties are listed and go quick with lots of work to be done to make it livable, and some at the top of the market.
