The HOA fee includes  exterior building maintenance without roof, insurance on the structure, trash & recycling, common grounds maintenance and snow removal.

School-age children will attend Cherry Creek Schools - Dakota Valley Elementary, Sky Vista Middle School and Eaglecrest High School.

This community is within 10 minutes to Southlands Shopping Center, where you will find many retail options, car washes, movie theater, many dining options and Urgent Care.  In the summer, there is a Farmers Market on Saturday morning, and in the summer, there are FREE outdoor concerts on Thursday evenings.

The Aurora Reservoir is also nearby for walking, biking, hiking and water entertainment.   There are 8 miles of trails, and there is a beach, but no motorized vehicles allowed on the water.
