The National Association  of REALTORS® gathered data from a Confidence Index Survey looking at local conditions across the Country.     Information that was taken into consideration was the inventory levels, state of the local job market and credit conditions.

The overall median home price is expected to increase around 3% for 2015, with many States expecting stable pricing.  The map below shows each State and which States are expecting high sales prices.    Colorado is showing 3-4%.     Denver has seen a few years with double digit increases in pricing, and eventually we do have to level off.
