I get many calls and emails from relocating families all year-round looking to relocate to the Denver metro area and want to know a bit more about the areas to narrow their searches.    If families have school age children, sometimes the searches begin with the schools, and nice to know how the schools rank.     Sometimes it is based on how long of a commute to a work location, or how far to retail shopping like the grocery store!

In Erie, you will the enjoy small town feel, yet so close to amenities.   Off I-25 and 136th and 144th, there are all kinds of shops and within 10 minutes.    There is a hospital off 144th also.   If you take the toll road, you can be at Denver International Airport in 30 minutes.    It doesn't take long to get to the highway and go skiing, camping or hiking in the mountains.   You are just a hop, skip and jump away from Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park.
