You will find this quaint town Southeast of Denver proper, and about 20 miles or 30 minutes.  It is easy to catch the light rail at Lincoln, if you work downtown, or somewhere along the line.    There are about 61,492 residents in the Town of Parker, and Main Street is a fun place to dine, listen to live music or enjoy the retail outlets.

Sales for April 2022

188 homes sold ranging from $407,000 to $4,185,000 (180 sold last month)

 Average days on market - 8 days  Median days FOUR days (17 last month)

Average sales price was $755,000  (last month was $699,970)

Sellers saw 105.93% to list price  (last month was 103.24%)  

These homes were built from 1969 to new builds (2022)


As I write this post, there are 165 listings (huge increase from 114 last month) available with 260 pending listings.   There are a few higher-end neighborhoods with multi-million dollar homes, yet even these homes are selling quickly.   The month of April did increase the inventory almost a third, and seeing more price reductions when homes did not sell over the weekend.


The highest sale was in rural Parker and sold for $4,185,000.  This home is on 40.91 acres, was built in 1972, has 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and a 3-car garage but also had a RV garage for 15 more cars with a lift.    The home has 4,448 total square feet.    It was on the market for 245 days.   This home has barns and corrals for many horses.
