Tollgate Crossing is a beautiful neighborhood of single family homes that was started by DR Horton that is conveniently located 30 minutes outside of Downtown Denver, and is an easy commute to DIA. You will also now find Oakwood Homes building in Tollgate Crossing. With many pocket parks throughout the neighborhood, it's not uncommon to see neighborhood families with kids playing and enjoying the Colorado weather. Living in Tollgate Crossing you have shopping at Southlands Mall, retail and hospitals close, but don't have the traffic you would expect in Denver. Homes in this neighborhood were built from 2004-2016. This neighborhood is located in the Cherry Creek School District. You will find this neighborhood in the zip code of 80016.
