You will find this quaint town Southeast of Denver proper, and about 20 miles or 30 minutes.  It is easy to catch the light rail at Lincoln, if you work downtown, or somewhere along the line.    There are about 61,492 residents in the Town of Parker, and Main Street is a fun place to dine, listen to live music or enjoy the retail outlets.


If you are looking to buy a home in Parker, there is quite a variety of home styles and neighborhoods.   You can buy a condo or a multi-acre ranch outside the city limits, yet just a few minutes into town.  


Sales for August 2022

143 homes sold ranging from $475,000 to $4,000,000 (185 sold last month)

 Average days on market - 22 days  Median days 7  (14 last month)

Average sales price was $730,000  (last month was $709,900)

Sellers saw 99.59% to list price  (last month was 100%)  

These homes were built from 1972 to new builds (2022)


As I write this post, there are 307 listings, which is a bit of an increase from last month (301) available with 199 pending listings.   There are a few higher-end neighborhoods with multi-million dollar homes, yet even these homes are selling fairly quickly.   Parker is seeing a bit of a slowdown as well, as the active listings have 52 days on market, and the pending properties have 35 days on market.


The highest sale was in Centennial Ranch and sold for $4,000,000.  This home is on 3.8 acres, was built in 2003, has 6 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, and a 34-car (this is NOT a typo - a 34 car garage) garage.    The home has 11,070 total square feet.    It was on the market for 125 days.
