Sellers saw 102.86% to list price  (last month was 100.44%)

These homes were built from 1905 to new builds (2021)


The stats tell the story - the demand is much greater than the current supply!   We saw many homes selling for thousands over list price this past month.    Hopefully with warmer weather (some of the week) we shall see more listings come on each week!


The highest sale was in Colorado Golf Club and sold for $2,800,000.  This home is on 1.81 acres, was built in 2019 (new build), has 5 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, and a 5-car garage.    The home has 6,363 total square feet.
