The loan limits for 2018 have been released, and as expected, did increase substantially.   This allows buyers to get a Conventional loan without bumping up into the Jumbo rates.     Here are the limits for each County -

The 2017 loan limits for the Denver metro area was $493,350, with Boulder being a bit higher.  This does help those buyers trying to stay below the jumbo rates.
