You will find this quaint town Southeast of Denver proper, and about 20 miles or 30 minutes.  It is easy to catch the light rail at Lincoln, if you work downtown, or somewhere along the line.    There are about 61,492 residents in the Town of Parker, and Main Street is a fun place to dine, listen to live music or enjoy the retail outlets.

180 homes sold ranging from $450,000 to $5,050,000 (143 sold last month)

 Average days on market - 35 days  Median days 24  (22 last month)

Average sales price was $689,950  (last month was $730,000)

Sellers saw 98.94% to list price  (last month was 99.59%)  

These homes were built from 1965 to new builds (2022)

 

As I write this post, there are 324 listings, which is a bit of an increase from last month (307) available with 173 pending listings.   There are a few higher-end neighborhoods with multi-million dollar homes, yet even these homes are selling fairly quickly.   Parker is seeing a bit of a slowdown as well, as the active listings have 56 days on market, and the pending properties have 45 days on market.

 

The highest sale was in rural Parker and sold for $5,050,000.  This home is on 75 acres, was built in 1999, has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a 4-car garage.    The home has 9,297 total square feet.    It was on the market for 0 days and went pending before sign went up.
