Electronics Recycling - Aurora CO

Every homeowner probably has an extra keyboard, TV, computer or CPU laying around that needs to be recycled, and these items cannot be thrown into the trash and end up in the landfill.

Most electronic items will be accepted for free, except cathode ray tube televisions at $20 each and cathode ray tube televisions at $10 each (these items contain lead and are more expensive to recycle). A new partnership with Techno Rescue is enabling the city to offer this free e-cycling for most electronics. The event is open for both Aurora residents and nonresidents. As a reminder, electronics tossed in the trash not only cause serious environmental problems, but also are banned from landfills in Colorado. The city of Aurora’s e-cycling events are supported by Environment Aurora, a citywide effort to think green.

This event will be held October 10th, 2015 from 9 am to 1 pm
