Denver Real Estate Market Update - June 2014

Denver real estate

The Denver real estate market revealed another month of strong sales, but maybe it is slowing down.    Inventory increased, more homes went under contract, yet less show sold than May 2014.    The days on market increased by two day, but being under 30 days for the entire market shows it remains a Seller's market.

Sales compared to last month is up 9%, and up 1% from June of 2013.    Don't let 27 days on the market fool you, homes do not remain on the market unless they are multi-million dollar homes, and even then, some are going just as quick!  Looking at all the million dollar homes sold in June, the luxury market showed only 76 days on market.    The homes going quickly, are the homes ready to move in, show well, and priced correctly.

Denver is enjoying a healthy market, and it usually cools down a bit mid July due to families taking their last vacations and preparing the kids to return to school.    It hasn't slowed down yet!
