The stats are out for the month of December, and the numbers reflect a seasonal slowdown. You usually are able to get a "deal" in December. The inventory decreased from November, and could use more inventory in many neighborhoods!

The stats are out for the month of March, and the numbers reflect the uptick of a spring buying season. The inventory increased 15% from last month but increased 41.5% over last year. The inventory has not moved much since the beginning of the year.
