Denver's Real Estate Market - April 2023

The stats are out for the month of April, and the numbers reflect a slight decrease in the spring buying season.   The inventory increased slightly from last month but increased 6.6% over last year.

The stats are out for the month of March, and the numbers reflect the uptick of a spring buying season.   The inventory increased 15% from last month but increased 41.5% over last year.  The inventory has not moved much since the beginning of the year.
