As a Listing Agent - I list homes all over the Denver Metro area, and effectively market and sell them!    Being an Internet savvy marketer is mandatory when it comes to getting on-line exposure to my real estate listings.     I can advise Sellers on what will add value to the bottom line and what helps sell the home quicker.  I walk the home prior to listing to identify what will stay and what will be included.   My strong negotiation and communication skills helps get the highest and best price for my Sellers.    I know how to get your home shown, receive multiple offers, and see the highest sales price!   I provide professional photography and offer advice for staging, You Tube videos and exposure on social media and blogs for every listing.  

As a Buyer's Agent - I guide buyers through a transaction with relocation, move-up, new construction,  first time or down-sizing buyers, and advocate on their behalf during and past the closing date.     There are many factors to look at when purchasing a home, not just writing a contract!    Let my years of experience work for you.   I have been working with relocation families for over 20 years!  I have done HUD and bank owned transactions, new construction, first-time buyers, investors, divorce and estate transactions.

Being a REALTOR is more than a transaction for me.   Lots of emotion from the buyers and even the children when moving.    I work hard at keeping the anxiety at a minimum, and DO CARE about my clients!    I am quick at responding whether it is a phone, email or text.   Having timely updates on your transaction is a must!


My real estate hours include nights and weekends, will explain the contract in detail, provide comparable properties prior to buyers writing offers, provide comparables to Sellers to price a home correctly, stay on top of every date on the contract, and pay attention to the details of every transaction.    I live by the Golden Rule, and strive to give my clients exactly what I would want buying or selling a home.   By far, my best virtue is communication!

Having lived in Denver all but eight years of my entire life, I would say --- Denver is a wonderful place to live!   This is where I have chosen to work, live and play and cannot imagine living anywhere else!
