Beacon Point is located is southeastern Aurora North of Smoky Hill and East of Aurora Parkway.     This neighborhood is a newer community with home ranging from 2005 to 2016.     There are ranch homes available with 2,133 to 2,719 finished square feet, and these are the first to go under contract, and must view these listings quickly.   There are two-story homes available with 2,248 to 4,900 finished square feet.  There are now townhomes available also.  There are approximately 875 homes in this community.

 

 



The kids will attend Cherry Creek School District - and here are the schools for this community - Pine Ridge Elementary, Fox Ridge Middle School and Cherokee Trail High School.



All homes have basements some with finish.    Some have water views and/or mountain views and some back to open space.    Residents love the Beacon Point Clubhouse and outdoor pool, tennis courts and the miles of trails around Aurora Reservoir for hiking and biking.

Shopping and dining options are within minutes at Southlands Shopping Center located at Aurora Parkway and Smoky Hill Road.     You will find an array of retail outlets and restaurant options, 16-screen movie theater, and a Farmers Market that is open throughout the summer and open every Saturday from 8 am to 1 pm.    The Farmers Market weekly (summer months) has 40 local vendors providing organic and pesticide-free produce, dairy products, baked goods, homemade salsa and more!  Don't miss the FREE outdoor concerts at Southlands Mall every Thursday evening in the summer months.
