Beacon Point is located is southeastern Aurora North of Smoky Hill and East of Aurora Parkway. This neighborhood is a newer community with home ranging from 2005 to 2016. There are ranch homes available with 2,133 to 2,719 finished square feet, and these are the first to go under contract, and must view these listings quickly. There are two-story homes available with 2,248 to 4,900 finished square feet. There are now townhomes available also. There are approximately 875 homes in this community.

The Farmers Market weekly (summer months) has 40 local vendors providing organic and pesticide-free produce, dairy products, baked goods, homemade salsa and more! In the summers on Thursday evenings there is an outdoor concert in front of the movie theater.
