The Town of Parker is Southeast of Denver approximately 20 miles.   Parker is East of I-25 off Lincoln or Hess and also from Parker Road south of I-225.      It is a quaint town that is commonly called a bedroom community.    It has the small town feel, yet has lots to offer.      The Parade of Homes was held in Pradera in Parker in 2005.

Population - 63,547 in Parker proper, and including 7 mile radius outside City limits

Median Age - 34.4

Median Income - $100,435 per year

Elevation - 5,950 feet

the largest employers in Parker are - Parker Adventist Hospital, King Soopers, Brightview Landscape Services and WalMart.
